To provide outreach, advocacy, services, education, research and related activities to under served populations of abused women, children and families that they may become empowered to live safe and secure lifestyles that contribute to longevity and overall well-being.

Provides safe and secure environment for women, children and families where they may become enlightened, independent and empowered while decreasing the numbers of abuse; degrees of violence; and the numbers of murders among the populations of women, children and families.
